The Site's Limited Role

This is a private reference site with no authority over a sheriff, jail, court, corrections agency, or records custodian. It does not store official records. We cannot confirm whether someone is in custody, authorize a release, change a booking record, or file a government document.

The site directs visitors toward sources such as Sheriff Records, the Barton County Detention Facility, Kansas courts, the Kansas Department of Corrections, federal locators, and third-party research providers. Those sources remain responsible for their own information and services.

Conditions of Acceptable Use

You agree to use the site responsibly and only for lawful purposes. In particular, you must not:

• Violate any local, state, or federal law
• Use information to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten anyone
• Make hiring, housing, lending, credit, or insurance decisions from site content

No Consumer Reports

Barton County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and supplies no background check, credit report, or consumer report. Its advertising partners do not provide screening services through this site. By using the site, you agree that its content will not inform:

• A decision to hire, fire, retain, or promote a person
• A rental, housing, or tenant-screening decision
• A decision about creditworthiness, lending, or insurance premiums
• Eligibility for a license, permit, benefit, or government program
• Any other decision regulated by the FCRA

Outside Links and Services

Links may lead to jail information, local booking reports, sheriff and corrections pages, court and government portals, legal-aid resources, or outside search services. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control and are not responsible for an outside site's content, privacy practices, data handling, accuracy, availability, or continued operation. Review that provider's terms before using its service.

Service Provided As Is

The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that:

• Information will be accurate, complete, or current
• The site will remain available without interruption
• The site will be free from errors, defects, or security weaknesses
• A partner search will locate every potentially relevant record

Custody status and public records can change quickly. Nothing on this site is an official statement by the Barton County Sheriff's Office, Barton County Detention Facility, Kansas Department of Corrections, a court, or another government agency.

Limits on Liability

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Barton County Busted Mugshots, its owners, operators, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees that arise from your use of the site or your breach of these conditions.

Ownership of Site Materials

Unless a different owner is identified, the site's original text, graphics, logos, layout, and code belong to Barton County Busted Mugshots or its content partners. You may not copy, publish, distribute, alter, or commercially exploit those materials without prior written permission.

Revisions to These Conditions

We may revise these conditions at any time. A new version becomes effective when it is posted here, and continued use after posting means that you accept the revised terms.

Suspension or Loss of Access

Kansas Law Governs

These conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Kansas.

If One Term Is Invalid

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as necessary to make it enforceable.
